Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: All services provided by our marketing agency are sold on a "no refund" basis. Once a service has been purchased, no refunds will be provided. Any cancellation request made by the client must be made in writing via email or registered post. We do not accept cancellation requests via phone or in-person. If a cancellation request is received before the start date of the service, the client will receive a credit note for the full amount paid, which can be used towards the purchase of any other service provided by our marketing agency. If a cancellation request is received after the start date of the service, no refund or credit note will be provided. Our marketing agency reserves the right to cancel any service at any time. In such cases, the client will receive a full refund for the service. Any disputes arising from this cancellation policy will be governed by the laws of the state in which our marketing agency is located, and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state. By purchasing a service from our marketing agency, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this cancellation policy, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
